Udgir is becomming educational hub. Every year new colleges and institutions are mushroming in and around Udgir. Hundreds of students from across the district are currently studying at Udgir. Udgir has produced many meritoriuous students. In 1998 1st and 2nd state ranks were bagged by Udgir students. Udgir has one engineering engineering colleges, one veternary college
one BEMS college among many other colleges.
